A selection of Giuseppe Chiari's video works has been digitized by La Camera Ottica, a specialized video preservation and restoration center of the University of Udine, Udine, Italy. A copy of the collection is on permanent repository at La Camera Ottica and open to scholars and general public.
Cosetta Saba, professor of Photography Film and Television at the Department of Humanities and Cultural Heritage, University of Udine, is coordinating the preservation project in collaboration with the heirs of Giuseppe Chiari

The Library of the Northwestern University, Evanston (IL), USA preserves the collection of musical scores owned by John Cage, in particular scores he collected for his Notations. A few scores by Giuseppe Chiari and related material, which he donated to John Cage to contribute to Notations, are included in the collection. Moreover, the personal archive of Charlotte Moorman is now at Northwestern University too, within the Charles Deering McCormick Library of Special Collections. The archive includes scores and documents related to the mutual collaboration between Charlotte Moorman and Giuseppe Chiari.
